Victoria earned a Dual Degree in Public Policy from UNC in 2023. She is passionate about pioneering people-centered solutions for complex, cross-sectoral challenges across non-profit, private, and public realms. Prior to joining ACES, Victoria worked in collaboration with the Whole Community Health Initiative on a research project aiming to address an evaluation of equitable access to quality water in North Carolina communities.
