Rose is a senior majoring in Environmental Studies and Communications. She is specifically interested in conservation and biodiversity. Through ACES, she has also discovered an interest in alternative textiles. She made the bold decision to switch majors from music to environmental studies during her senior year and is enjoying it so much she wishes she had done it sooner. In the future she hopes to get involved in sustainability and conservation work within Appalachia.
