Marie Roche is a junior at UNC-Chapel Hill majoring in Global Studies and Spanish with a minor in Sustainability Studies. She has previously worked with ACES as a DEIB Intern (diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging), gathering stories from alumni, professionals, faculty, and students. She is excited to work as a Marketing and Multimedia Communications intern on Urban Redevelopment. She will illustrate sustainability successes and opportunities in this area and hopes to engage a wide audience to make the greatest possible impact. Through this internship, she wants to improve her communication skills through different media types and deepen her knowledge of sustainability efforts.
