Lizzie Stoner is a sophomore from New Jersey studying Journalism and Environmental Studies on the Sustainability Track with a minor in Musical Theater Performance. This fall, Lizzie is researching the extent of sustainability in live theater – focusing on circularity in costuming – and the economic feasibility of using sustainable textiles and design techniques. 

On campus, she is a member of Epsilon Eta and is on the networking team for SolarEquity, a non-profit that works to solarize affordable housing across North Carolina. She is also a staffer on the Daily Tar Heel’s audio and video desk and a Kenan Theater Company production assistant.
