Duwe Farris is a rising junior at UNC Chapel Hill, majoring in Political Science. He grew up in Charlotte, NC, and attended Myers Park High School. From getting his eagle scout to driving out to Wyoming with his family, Shane has always loved the outdoors. Some of his favorite activities include backpacking, climbing and fly fishing. Shane plays basketball here at UNC and is a member of a band with some of his friends. He first became passionate about climate change and sustainability saw some of my favorite areas in Wyoming destroyed by wildfires and the impact that it had on that community. I am super excited to be a part of the Center for Sustainable Enterprise summer internship program.
