Angelina is a rising junior from Mooresville, NC. She is pursuing a double major in Business Administration and Computer Science, as well as a minor in Information Systems. Taking business suAngelina is a rising junior from Mooresville, NC. She is pursuing a double major in Business Administration and Computer Science, as well as a minor in Information Systems. Taking business sustainability classes in college and being involved in UNC’s Sustainable Business Club helped her discover her interest in using business for the public good and she has since pursued this interest through other on- and off-campus involvement, such as being an ACES Blended Finance and Investments intern this summer. This also led her to become a Kenan Scholar through the Kenan Institute of Private Enterprise, which is a program that gives 20 students each year additional support and resources to explore opportunities and take action at the intersection of the private and public sectors. She plans to pursue a career in consulting and continue learning about how various sustainability initiatives can be better implemented in the business world.
