Abigail is a rising senior majoring in Media & Journalism with a minor in Environmental Science & Studies. She began interning with ACES in the spring of 2023 and focused on researching and writing about sustainable entrepreneurs around the world in collaboration with Heart of Waraba. She has previously interned with several local publications, such as Chapel Hill Magazine and Our State. On campus, she writes for the Daily Tar Heel, plays the flute with the Marching Tar Heels and is a member of the university’s environmental honors fraternity, Epsilon Eta. She’s excited to continue working with ACES to promote the stories of entrepreneurs who are creatively creating a more sustainable world with their work.
