UNC Kenan-Flagler, along with NC State Jenkins and Duke Fuqua, held the 7th annual MBA FoodCon virtually on Friday, February 12th, 2021 with over 100 participants. The conference theme was “Resilience, Creativity and the Future of Food.” The conference included a morning and afternoon keynote, four panels and a lunchtime cook-along with Jacob Boehm of Snap Pea. Many thanks to all the speakers and participants for making this year’s FoodCon engaging and enlightening!
